- We offer libraries and schools 30-day credit
terms
when they order
with a purchase order, which may be mailed or faxed to us. Be sure the
signature of the person authorized to order and a phone number is
included.
- We will ship your order as soon as possible (
usually within a few days).
- If any items are missing from your shipment
(excluding a back
order), or if your shipment has been damaged in transit, please notify
us immediately. We will quickly send you a missing item or replace a
